AirAssure is a mobile application designed to help users manage flight anxiety through self-help tools including pre-flight checklists, guided breathing exercises, sensory grounding techniques, progressive muscle relaxation, and mental distraction activities. The app is available for iOS devices.
AirAssure offers both free and premium ("AirAssure Pro") tiers.
Free tier includes access to the first two checklist sections (24 Hours Before and At the Airport), the 4-7-8 breathing exercise, and the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise.

All payments are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. Pricing may vary by region based on Apple's local pricing tiers.
AirAssure is NOT a medical device, and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The app provides informational and self-help content based on widely recognized cognitive-behavioral techniques, including controlled breathing, sensory grounding, progressive muscle relaxation, and cognitive distraction. These techniques are well-documented in psychological literature but are not guaranteed to work for every individual or every situation.
AirAssure does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, panic disorder, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder, or any other psychological condition.
If you suffer from severe anxiety, aviophobia, panic disorder, or any other mental health condition, we strongly encourage you to consult a licensed healthcare professional, therapist, or counselor. The tools in this app should complement, not replace, professional care.
If you are currently receiving treatment for anxiety or any mental health condition, please consult your healthcare provider before using any self-help tools or techniques.
You agree to use AirAssure in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of the app. You agree not to:
All content in AirAssure — including text, graphics, icons, images, audio, software, and the overall design and compilation — is the property of AirAssure and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app without prior written consent.
AirAssure is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirAssure and its developers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirAssure and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AirAssure regarding your use of the app, and supersede any prior agreements.
